About
Pengullet is passive and will flee when it sees the player, though it will fight back when attacked. Pengullet is found primarily in low-level areas like the Windswept Hills, the Sea Breeze Archipelago, and the Forgotten Island. It can also be found in the southern reaches of the Astral Mountains. Pengullet can also be found by in the saltwater of the Grassland Region, Forest Region and Sunlit Isle.
