|-|Habitat (Overworld)= Mimog can be found lying still in its dormant state, mimicking a Treasure Chest, ignoring any players or other Pals around them. When attacked, it goes into its active state and attempts to run away. Its high speed makes it almost impossible to catch on foot or even while riding a Pal, so using walls or a is recommended when hunting one. Mimog can be found in most places throughout the Palpagos Islands, spawning in place of Treasure Chests. The only places where they can't appear are lower level areas like the Windswept Island or Isle of Silence, the Wildlife Sanctuarie
